"This program is amazing."
Overall: . Plan It Police will assist officers in managing their personal scheduling including time off and recordation of submissions for overtime within the agency. Furthermore, Plan It Police will assist Supervisors and Managers in managing employees time off and filling vacancies in a more efficient and effective manner
Pros: Plan It Police assisted our officers in managing their personal scheduling including time off and recordation of submissions for overtime within the agency. Furthermore, Plan It Police assists Supervisors and Managers in managing employees time off and filling vacancies in a more efficient and effective manner. Support help is amazing for any questions you have.
Cons: Some of the scheduling aspects for administrators takes a while to master. However, after using the system for a short period of time you can easily master this skill.

"Scheduling"
Pros: It lays out the schedule in a very convenient way. You can see the entire schedule for the week which makes finding someone to trade a shift with easy. It is also nice to be able to see who you will be working with that day.
Cons: I haven't found anything that I truly dislike about the software yet.

"Review of Demo of PlanIT"
Overall: Their pricing is online so they are a very upfront company. We did two demos with them and ultimately decided to put time and attendance software on the backburner as some other necessary projects came up. When we told them we had to wait, they took us off of their contact list. I was a bit confused by this but it's also nice not to get hounded every few weeks until we decide to purchase. I would consider calling them back once we are ready to purchase.
Pros: This software was very nice to look at and navigate. It has a user friendly feel and is visually appealing. Most aspects were customizable. You also get any update they push out regardless of who requested it.
Cons: It didn't have all of the features we were looking for. Our time and attendance system is a bit complicated and State Board of Accounts requires a certain spreadsheet to be done. They offered to build it but at a cost.

"PlanIT for going paperless"
Overall: I would recommend this software to organization that are looking to go paperless.
Pros: The functionality of PlanIT brings a wealth of items to the table. Seamless scheduling, time off requests, and coordination between supervisors and employees. The scheduling is flexible depending on how your organization is setup. The scheduling software even offers automation on OT requests that dial or and respond in real time. Pricing is up front on the website and they offer customization. They are a small group that seems attentive.
Cons: The customization requests can be expensive as they have a smaller team.

Overall: So far I really like planit it it is a great system app for any big businesses that need to know who's on clock whose at lunch and how called out
Pros: What I like most about planit is how easy it is to use.it let's me know who's here and why is at lunch and who called out
Cons: Do far there is nothing since I started using this app that I don't like.planit does everything I need it to do.
